1 Moderative Actions

These define actions taken on your account in response to rule violations.

Notified Reason

When a moderative action is applied, the user will receive a notification stating the reason. The categories include:

• • Spam: Excessive or disruptive posting, flooding reply threads or chats.
• • Abuse: Misuse of features or manipulating community features.
• • Other: Includes harassment, hate speech, or any behavior violating community standards.

2 Comment Rules

1. 2.1 Spoiling Content

   Definition: "General Discussion" sections are spoiler-free zones intended for conversations without revealing plot points. "Episode/Chapter Comment" sections may contain spoilers for currently airing/released episodes only.
   
   For Anime & TV Series: Discussion of events from manga, light novels, or source material beyond the adapted episodes is strictly prohibited. Future plot points from unaired episodes are considered major spoilers.
   
   For Movies: Plot twists, endings, and post-credit scenes must remain in designated spoiler sections for the first 30 days after release. "General Discussion" areas must remain spoiler-free.
   
   For Web Series: Full season spoilers are only permitted in episode-specific comment sections after the episode has aired. Discussion of future episodes based on trailers, promotional material, or leaked content is strictly forbidden.
   
   For All Content: Hiding spoilers with spoiler tags or formatting does NOT make them acceptable in spoiler-free zones. If a section is marked "Spoiler-Free," no plot reveals are allowed regardless of how they're presented.

   Minor Spoilers: Revealing details about current/previous episodes, basic plot setup, non-critical character reveals.

   Major Spoilers: Character deaths, plot twists, finales, post-credit scenes, source material beyond adapted content, future episode leaks.

   Consequences:

   Minor Spoiler: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

   Major Spoiler: Immediate Permanent Ban + Deletion of Offending Comments

2. 2.2 Topic Relevance

   Definition: Comments should focus on the anime at hand. References to other series are acceptable, but the core discussion must remain relevant. This also prohibits advertising other streaming platforms and spam comments like "first", "second", etc.

   Consequences: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

3. 2.3 Harassment & Toxicity

   Definition: Exchange of angry or abusive messages between commenters. Any form of insulting, bullying, or personal attacks constitutes harassment.

   Consequences: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

4. 2.4 Harmful Links

   Definition: Posting hyperlinks to websites that may contain malware, viruses, or harm users' devices.

   Consequences: Immediate Permanent Ban + Deletion of All Comments

5. 2.5 NSFW Content

   Definition: Posting content not safe for work, including pornographic images/video, explicit hentai, or sexually explicit material.

   Consequences: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

6. 2.6 Profile Pictures

   Definition: Using profile pictures that are not safe for work. Minor ecchi or fan service is acceptable, but explicit content is prohibited.

   Consequences: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

7. 2.7 Common Sense

   Definition: If you think you'll get in trouble for what you're about to post, don't post it. Trust your judgment.

   Consequences: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

8. 2.8 Vote Manipulation

   Definition: Creating multiple alternate accounts to upvote your own comments or manipulate community engagement.

   Consequences: Permanent Ban on All Accounts + Deletion of All Comments

9. 2.9 Targeted Downvoting

   Definition: Targeting a user and downvoting all their comments, or creating multiple accounts to downvote specific comments.

   Consequences: Permanent Ban on All Accounts

10. 2.10 Language

    Definition: Swearing is acceptable as long as it's not directed at anyone, even as a joke, as it may be misinterpreted by moderators.

    Consequences: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

11. 2.11 Low-Effort Comments

    Definition: Avoid one-word replies like "Nice", "First", or "Started at X Date". These don't add value to the conversation and create unnecessary clutter.

    Consequences: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

12. 2.12 Begging for Engagement

    Definition: Comments like "Like if you agree" or "Help me get to 100 likes!" disrupt natural engagement and meaningful discussion.

    Consequences: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

13. 2.13 English Language

    Definition: Comments should be in English to maintain readability for all users and allow proper moderation.

    Consequences: 1st Offense: Warning + 1-3 day mute • 2nd Offense within 30 days: Permanent Ban

3 Moderation & Rule Enforcement

1. 3.1 Respect Moderator Decisions

   Admins and Moderators reserve the right to take action on your content. Do not argue or harass them. Treat the staff with respect. Impersonating staff members is strictly prohibited.

2. 3.2 Community Reporting

   Your support plays a key role in keeping our community safe. Help by reporting any rule violations you encounter. Together, we can create a space that's safe, engaging, and enjoyable for all.

3. 3.3 Intent vs. Impact

   We moderate based on how your comment affects others—not just your intention. Even if something wasn't meant to offend, if it causes harm, it still counts as a violation.

4. 3.4 Reporting Violations

   To help keep the community safe, report users with clear proof (screenshots). User reports should be submitted through our official channels for proper review.

4 Ban & Appeal System

1. 4.1 Zero Tolerance for Repeat Offenders

   We believe in second chances, but if a user continues to break rules after warnings or mutes, stronger actions may be taken, including permanent bans.

2. 4.2 Appeals Process

   Suspended accounts may appeal through our official support channel. However, second bans are rarely overturned and are typically permanent.

3. 4.3 Moderator Discretion

   Not every situation can be predicted. Moderators have the authority to use their judgment to take action that protects the community's best interest.
